 Minis Festivals 

End of Season Festivals for under 6s, 7s, 8s, 9s, 10s and 11s.

 Minis Assistance 

Advice and application process in hosting your own club Minis Festivals.

 Junior Waterfall Cup 

Waterfall Cup Tournaments at appropriate level for under 12s, 13s, 14s, 15s, 16s,17/18s.

4–5 games plus attendance at Finals Day!

 Junior Quins Cup 

Open to A teams to play in a round robin tournament and qualification for the Finals Day Festival at Farnham RFC.

Sponsored by Harlequins.

Open to 15s, 16s, 17s/18s.

 Junior X Pitch 7s 

New format open to all clubs playing 7s acrossthe pitch under RFU regulations.

Festival to be held at Dorking RFC on Sun 5 May2019.

Open to 12s, 13s, 14s, 15s, 16s, Colts and Girls 13s, 16s, 18s.

 Under 21s John Douglas Tournament 

Open to all clubs with players under 21 on 1 September.

Games are planned around the university calendar to ensure returningplayers can keep in contact with their clubs.

3 Group matches and semi-finals across Cup, Bowl, Shield and Plate plus development tiers.

 Under 21s Floodlit 7s 

New concept with all under 21s sides invited to take part in a floodlit 7s festival to end their season.

 Under 23s Girls Tournament

Pitch up and play for all Girls under 23 allowing them theopportunity to play when returning from university.

 Under 23s Girls Floodlit 7s

New concept with all under 21s sides invited to take part in a floodlit 7sfestival to end their season.

 RFU London Leagues & National Leagues

Open to all 1st team clubs who gain promotion via the SurreyLeague set up.

Surrey will represent the clubs on the London DOC.

 RFU Surrey Leagues 1–4

pen to all 1st teams in Surrey with promotion and relegation after 18rounds of the regular season.

 Surrey Reserve Leagues

Entry into the Surrey Reserve Leagues for all 2nd teams and below,plus developmental 1st teams.

Maximum of 18 league games per season with leagues split into teams of 10.

8 Leagues plus 3 Vets Leagues.

 RFU League Play-offs

League play-offs open to all leagues where teams finish in places 1–4.

Semi-finals followed by play-offs at one venue.

8 Leagues plus 3 Vets Leagues.

 Surrey Knockout Tournaments

Entry into the Incentive FM Knockout Tournaments for all Surrey Teams playing in the RFU Leagues.

Teams play 3–4 matches each.

Cup: National or London SE Premier

Trophy: London Leagues

Shield: Surrey 1 & 2

Bowl: Surrey 3 & 4

Entry into the Incentive FM Knockout Tournaments for all Surrey Reserve teams at appropriate level playing in the new structure of 2 pool matches followed by semi-finals and finals at President’s, Chairman’s and Treasurer’s level.

Goblet, Tankard, Plate, Barrel, Jug, Chalice, Flute, Tumbler, Vets Vaseand Vets Pitcher.

 Surrey Pre-season 10s

Pre-season festival to help clubs prepare for the new season. Open toall teams in the Surrey Leagues.

Each team will play 3–4 matches.

 Surrey Reserve Leagues Pre-season 10s

Pre-season festival to help clubs prepare for the new season. Open to allteams in the Surrey Reserve Leagues and Vets Leagues.

Each team will play 3–4 matches.

 Festival 7s

County 7s Festival to be held in May each season and open to all clubs in Surrey and invited guest sides.

Format consists of 32–40 teams playing in a waterfall tournament.

 X Pitch 7s Festival

Open tournament In July for all Surrey sides.

To play X Pitch 7s in a new format, keeping players involved throughout thesummer and aiding recruitment and retention.

 Touch League

Running June – July

Summer league open to 16 teams playing 3 matches each week across 5 venues and resulting in a finals evening for the trophies.

Summer league open to 16 teams playing 3 matches each week across 5 venues and resulting in a finals evening for the trophies.

 Walking Rugby

Pitch up and play sessions to be held across the county and a tournament to be run alongside 7s, touch and finals day to aid clubs recruitment and profile of the format.

 Touch Festival

Open Touch Festival weekend for Mens, Womens, Mixed and Vets teams.

Junior tournament to take place on the Sunday for under 12s–18s.

 Ladies 7s Festival

County 7s Festival to be held in May each season and open to all clubs in Surrey and invited guest sides.

 Ladies X Pitch Emerging Team Midweek League

Running January – May

Midweek league open to emerging teams playing 5 x 10 matches each week across 5 venues and resulting in a finals evening for the trophies.

 Ladies Knockout Cup

Open to all Ladies teams in Surrey, consisting of a round robin format of 2 pools. Teams play each other once, then play the team in the same position as themselves on Finals Day alongside the men’s finals.

Cup Final, Tumbler Final, Goblet Final and Bowl Final.

 Ladies Development Cup

Open to all Development Ladies teams in Surrey, consisting of a round robin format of 2 pools. Teams play each other once, then play the team in the same position as themselves on Finals Day alongside the men’s finals.

Flute Final and Plate Final.

 Girls Waterfall Cup

Tournament open to all Girls teams to play a waterfall format and all participating in Finals Day.

Open to 13s, 15s, 18s.

Girls 7s tournament open to all Girls teams to play a waterfall format and all participating in Finals Day.
